I asked a local computer repair shop about fixing it, they said it would be too complicated - just use it as a desktop. If I wanted a desktop, I would have bought another desktop. Del advised it is from wear and tear which is laughable and would not acknowledge the part issue. Will not by a Dell again. Paid 1000 for it and the hinge breaks I just over a year.
