WebCura should actually be the one parsing that, and spit out the rendered lines, so like M140 S60 M190 S220 (with whatever temperatures you've set in Cura). Those are commands that klipper will be perfectly happy with. So you need to look at your gcode file, and see if the actual values have been correctly inserted or not. WebAlso use this video as a tutorial, same problem that's when I started to use the calibration plugin with the PLA temperature tower. The only way I have found to change temps is to use the change temp at z level option in the menu or to find a ender 3/pro gcode file but even then I don't trust everything to be the same.
